Local Growers Urged to Keep Inspecting Citrus Trees for Invasive Insect

According to the University of California Agriculture and Natural Resources (UC ANR) department, California quarantine efforts have been effective in preventing the spread of the Asian Citrus Psyllid (ACP). The bug plays host to Huanglongbing (HLB), an incurable disease with the potential to devastate the California citrus market.
