The Abandoned Citrus Tree (ACT) Removal program is an effort led by California Citrus Mutual (CCM) and backed by Bayer, to help growers and homeowners identify abandoned trees that could threaten the health of groves. Once the presence of the Asian Citrus Psyllid (ACP) has been confirmed in an abandoned tree, the ACT program works to remove the tree and prevent the spread of ACP, and ultimately Huanglongbing.
