Asian Citrus Psyllids Found in Placer County, California

In an interview with Western Farm Press, Ed King, Placer County deputy agriculture commissioner confirmed findings of the Asian citrus psyllid in the Lincoln, Califonia community. While the affected trees were not commercial, proper protocol was enforced in an effort to control ACP in the area and prevent HLB from affecting northern California’s mandarin oranges.
